Open the Velcro flap on the bottom side of the booties and remove the grain and herb filled warming inserts. Microwave the inserts for 1-2 minutes. If more heat is desired, reheat for 30-second
intervals only. You may notice a moist feeling on the grain filled inserts after heating, this is due to the natural effects of heating rice. This moisture creates a deep therapeutic effect for
