The Iseki brand has a long and impressive history. Iseki has been a leader in the overseas agricultural market for over 70 years and has over $1Billion in sales. Iseki was founded in 1927 with the introduction of their first rice miller. In 1991 they started producing parts for Massey Ferguson. In 1993 Iseki began exporting whole tractors to the Massey Ferguson tractor company as well as a joint venture with Perkins designing the "D series" engine. Iseki has now branched off into harvesters, mowers, and is rumored to have a unique partnership with Caterpillar on the way. Iseki was also the manufacturer of Bolens tractors. In Japan, Iseki is second only to Kubota as the brand of choice.
