DO NOT OVERHEAT! Due to microwave variations, we recommend testing the heating time necessary for your microwave and your personal heat tolerance. Do not heat Ankle Booties in gas, toaster or
conventional oven. Do not reheat until completely cooled down (about 1 hour). Moist heat is known to be more intense than dry heat. Remove stiffener cards before use. Not to be used as footwear.

Directions
Open the Velcro flap on the bottom side of the booties and remove the grain and herb filled warming inserts. Microwave the inserts for 1-2 minutes. If more heat is desired, reheat for 30-second
intervals only. You may notice a moist feeling on the grain filled inserts after heating, this is due to the natural effects of heating rice. This moisture creates a deep therapeutic effect for
your enjoyment.
