Capsicum contains capsaicin, a lipophilic chemical that can produce a strong burning sensation in the mouth of the unaccustomed eater, relieve pain and itching by affecting sensory nerves. It is frequently used both chopped and raw in salads or cooked in stir-fries or other mixed dishes.Triangular or quadrangular shape in 90% ripe color, free-worm, and free-bruise capsicum is our export quality standard. Our products are available in Red, Yellow, and Green color. All selected capsicums will be wiped-clean before packed. There are two ways of packing: High tensile bag packing (plunet pack) : Each bag contains 3 mix colors of capsicum (Red, Green, and Yellow), approximately 500 grams for each bag. Then place 16 bags into 1 carton box (8 kg nett each box). Loose packing : Each color of capsicum put into 1 carton box. Each carton contain 5 or 10 kg (depend on requirement)
