     The 1/2 in. or flat brush is used for laying in larger areas of background colors.                              
     The Shader is a smaller version of the 1/2 in. and is used for smaller detail.               
     The Dagger is used for a multitude of things such as long quill like strokes, straight lines, e.t.c.               
     The Fan brush can be used for rendering such effects as fur, brush, trees, water, e.t.c.                     
     The Detailer is used for all tiny strokes like individual hairs, small feathers , and to do broken outlines around dry brush strokes and lettering.
