Brush Crimping Machine

This is a compact space saving productivity equipment for mass volume production brush manufacturing industry. The brushes are crimped semi automatically with pneumatic press system with a specially designed crimping tool. This equipment is to overcome defects in the manual methods in surface coating process. This equipment is used to crimp the ferule with plastic handles. The equipment has better control over crimping profile and consistency and rigidity of crimping. There is a minimization of number of manpower that is required compare to conventional method when using this equipment. It is an effortless or fatigue free operation with possible fail-safe methods adopted in the equipment. This method improves the work culture and helps to keep the work area neat.
