Features: The number of registerable program is 1 to 200. It is very easy to input system with using 3.5' FDD, RS-232C, MDI. Simple-programing-work is supported by using sub-program. It is possible to check if there is any error in program with simulation function prior to start machining. Repeat function, custom macro, rotation function & DNC operation are supported. Self-diagnostic state is displayed on CRT screen. It is convenient to do positioning with using MPG(manual pulse generator) when working on manual condition. Backlash compensation keep always correct positioning. In the mold require a lot of hole drilled, it performs more than 300% faster comparing with manual type super drill EDM. |
