It is widely used in the various field such as the automotive, ship, aircraft, machine & tool making, oil and mold industries because it has lots of good points such as high cutting performance, high precision alignment and straightness, and good surface machining. Single Flute gundrill is able to machine a straight deep hole because it is designed to easily discharge the leftover chip with high oil pressure. Dongsan can manufacture a Single Flute gundrill in diameter from 2 to ~50 mm and machine a straight deep hole up to 100 x's dia.and greater.
