BD1220D is the most advanced beam drilling & marking system made by FMC. The machine has 11 CNC axis to control the movement of feeding, drilling, marking, and tools changing. The three drilling unit can working simultaneously on flanges and web of the beam. The machine equips with a linear type tool rack with 4 or 6 tools for each drilling spindle, which can auto change the tools when drilling different Dia. holes. The feeding system is double-roller feeding instead of pinch-claw feeding, and such technique reduces frequent repositioning and ensures the processing precision.
