- SD2M opens even big sized holes using hollow and multi-channel copper electrodes diameter from 0.0118"(0.30mm) to 0.256"(6.50mm) at high speed with 50amp power supply.
- With extremely low electrode wear(10%~20%) in low wear machining. it delivers overwhelming cost effectiveness when compared with similar machines.
- The versatile, swivelling and swinging head can easily open angel holes on flat. spherical and curved surfaces. if also works on pieces too large to be clamped to the worktable.
- SD2M provides an EDM machining operation with an oil-free, carbon-based dielectric fluid.
