paddy moisture meter

Digital Online moisture meter measures the moisture content in boiledor raw paddy dried in recycling type paddy driers. This moisture metermeasures and displays the average of the moisture content in the paddyin random sampling, and raise siren when the moisture level reaches theset level.

Mark moisture meter consist two parts, Measuringsensor unit and display control unit. Sensor unit fitted in the pathbetween drier bin and the recycling elevator in such a way the sensorwheels encounters with flowing paddy. In a preset time (say 15 min),the sensor wheels rotate and measure the moisture present in the paddy.

The display and control unit displays the actual moisture and setmoisture. When the actual moisture reading meets the set moisture
level, the unit will raise a siren and a potential free changeover point is available for further control operation.
