This mechanism is similar to above but provided with a vertical type condenser. This enables long cooling surface, which provides efficient short time, condensation of
solute & also requires less bench space.
a) Vertical Double Coiled Condenser with inlet and outlet for water circulation., 8-35 ball at bottom for connecting to receiving flask, cock for feed tube on one side while the other side will be
connected to motor with ring.
b) Vacuum adapter for condenser top, for connecting to vacuum pump.
c) Vapour path tube B-24, B-29
d) Gasket seal
e) Feed tube for condenser, without teflon pipe.
f) Receiving flask with 8-35 spherical socket joint, capacity 1000ml.
g) Evaporating flask kjeldhal cap. 800 ml. with B-24 socket.
h) Tension spring to hold condenser trap.
i) Clip to hold vapour path tube with boiling flask.
j) Ball joint clip, brass chrome plated.
