This machine is foreseen to measure the Center Rotating assy unbalance during rotation. The unbalance is measured in gmm unit at the measuring frequency that is defined in the Center Rotating assy
parameter file, with the according phase angle. The G (acceleration) level is as well displayed. This G level is displayed in dynamic during the Center Rotating assy speed up. At the cycle end, the
G level displayed is the max G level encountered during the run with its according frequency. The rotation speed is activated via a pressure regulator located on the machine front. The operator
interface is done with a screen display located on the machine front above the measuring cabinet. Selector and push buttons are use for machine operation. The Center Rotating assy is loaded into
the machine manually. The clamping in the turbine housing is done with two manual clamps, which have to be correctly tightened. The Center Rotating assy lubrication is done with a hydraulic unit
using a pressure regulator to get a constant oil pressure during the cycle. The pressure used has to be set to 5 bars in order to be conform to the oil pressure applied in the car whenever the
