The controller comes with two-year warranty and three-month replacement warranty without any man-made damages, and it is valid from the date of sale invoice, or from the manufacturing date in case that the customer lose the invoice, then the warranty is valid from the production date postponing for 3 months. We are pleased to provide maintenance service for the products which the warranty is expired but still in production.

After-sales service

 Electrically erasable programmable read only memory, the parameters that have been set are kept and read after controller shuts down.

Relay output

 The sensor cable between controller and water tank is extendable with two-core wire within 100 meters, and it connects with five lines via a terminal block.
