by computer as per the encryption regulations for encryption, will be written
into the controller through the infrared communication method. The data exchange
can be realized through the controller between the water meter and the management
department.

exchange of the prepayment water fees and the relevant information parameter will
be achieved by the data transmission .The process of transmission does not need
any carrier. The management department will let its computers automatically generate

the single chip will automatically command the relay to shut off the power supply.
The users can not use the water has been designed specially to have the function
of overdraft. Only pushing the Startup key, the users can overdraft a certain
quantity of water.

The water meter is easy to operate, there are two ways to prepay the water as follows:

a. The users can go to the banks or the places appointed by the management department
to purchase the water, after purchasing, the purchased quantity of water will
be written into the controller.

b. The users can purchase the quantity of water through the telephone once after
the user let the controllers connect with the telephone.

After purchasing, only after the users let the controller aim at the water meter,
and then push the SEND button once, if so, the purchased quantity of water can
be written into the water meter.

Only one person and one computer is enough for the management department of Water
Supply company to manage thousands of users, which let the complicated and headachy
billing problem become so easy and simple.
