M-bus water meter

Anti-rust valve: the valve will automatically close and open three times in a month to anti rust.

Alarm  level : two alarm level to remind user to reload when the remaining volume reach to alarm level

Block price: the system allows multi block price. in the system parameter setting, the operator can preset several block valve. If the used volume of a user is paid according to each block price. Say  block one is 0-5M3 Unit price is $1, block two is 6-10M3 Unit price is $2, and third block is 11----unit price is $3. if a user used 14M3 ,the system will calculate :

Use this meter to replace old normal meter ,the user might was in debt for water used in old normal meter .once our meter is installed ,the management  company can preset the meter in prepay meter mode, and when register the user information ,we can enter the old debt ,so in future purchase ,the user has to pay extra money for the old debt . so the management  company can get the old debt back little by little .

User comes to pay for the unpaid invoice.

Send the unpaid invoice to the user---

The system will automatically calculate how much the user need to pay and generate an unpaid invoice---

Unload the HHU data to PC server---

Management company come to read his meter with handheld unit (HHU)---

The user go back home and reload the volume to his meter

The user get his invoice---

The user pay the money and the volume will be wroten back to the card---

The operator enter the volume the user want in the system---

User tell the operator how many water he want to prepay again---
