Working with the PDA/collector or concentrator ,it can realize that transmits information or collect the information from the water meter.
GPRS is optional for the concentrator which transmits the information to far distance.
In operation the water meter simply accumulates and stores the pulses output (every 10L or 100L)from the meter pulse head or reed switch.
