When start the motor, horizontal Rotary-type quantitative vibration is generated by the centrifugation of the eccentric block,this vibration was transferred to Cone activator .The Cone activator resolve the horizontal exciting force to force and shear force, horizontal force react on the materiel in the form of Radiation type,then take the materiel to the deep ,reduce the shear strength ,make the materiel become active to avoid the shortage of liquidity  a arch camber in the hopper ,you can change the Feeding Capacity by adjusting the exciting force .

Principle of the structure.

The ZG vibrating conveyor adopt two horizontal vibration Motors as the vibration source, the powder or granule materiel is transferred from hopper to receiving device uniformly,periodically and continuously in the production line.
