| It is a Microprocessor Based Feeding Arrangement. A Weighing Bin fitted with a regulated Feeding Device is placed on Load cells. Initially the Bin is fed with material. As the material is gradually dispensed, continuous loss in weight of the Weighing Bin is monitored through a feed back loop. Accordingly a Gravimetric Continuous Linear Adjustment of feed rate is maintained to match a Target Feed Rate along with a Volumetric Re-Filling of the Bin. This Gravimetric Feeding System is applied where continuous and precision Feed Rate is required like minor ingredient feeding of a Batching Plant or Color / Flavour / Perfume dosing application etc. |
