Designed for handling weighments ranging one (1) to twenty (20) pounds, the weigher is currently being used in wide-scale operational production for weighing potatoes, onions, citrus, peppers, apples, plums, kiwi, limes and pears. The Ag-Pak Weigher utilizes a Fast-Feed Belt section (white belt) and an adjustable speed vibratory section (gray with singulated potatoes) to fill the machine scale. On reaching the proper weight the scale fingers drop and the weighment is discharged onto scales belts, and delivered to Feed Belt of an attached bagger, such as the Ag-Pak AP60. Roller Infeed HopperAn adjustable speed roller infeed hopper is included to feed the machine scale and offers an area for grading the product. The weigher comes equipped with a standard infeed length of 6 1/2', with optional infeeds in lengths of 3', 8'and 10'. The weigher can be purchased with an automatic bagger or with a simple hand spout and footswitch for low volume production. The weigher requires 115 Volt power and can be ordered on casters for easy movement.
