WEIGHING SYSTEM

HART offers a new age Load Cell based weighing system together with advanced wireless communication technology. The information received from Load Cell is communicated to the base station through RF gateways and the data is collected at the base station. The data is displayed on the LED based large display unit mounted on the crane and is stored in the base station. A suitable housing and heat shield is in place for proper protection of load cell, associated electronic unit and RF unit for wireless connectivity,with specific emphasis on safety factor.it will also show the SWL(Safe Working Load) of the Crane. "A cost effective system for the large metal process plant,warehouse and other heavy industries where online accurate measurement will reduce the time and save loss of materials."A hand held units is available for the necessary inputs of operator actions for the calibration,display of the weights and for supervisings the entire function of the system.The necessary reports and data output will be available from the base station.the systems will always from the base station. the systems will always consider the SWL and compare with lifted load by the Crane.if it crosses the limit it will immediately switch on the Alarm Buzzer.
