The BW1 Series is our very new design - robust, accurate, reliable and low cost unit. Its unique design is set to create new standards in low cost belts scales. Unlike the other two models mentioned above, this scale is not counter- balanced and excludes a built in test weight. However it is light weight, therefore counter-balance is not important, and it is full floating, therefore any known mass placed on the idler can be used as a test mass. With its proven trade accuracy (2000 tph application), its destined to revolutionize conveyor belt scales. While the earlier models are unique and excellently designed with proven robustness, accuracy and reliability, the new scale will fulfill the basic requirements of a belt scale at a very low cost.
