 MODE---Press this button to change the units displayed from grams (g) to ounces (oz) or ounces (oz) to grams (g).

 TARE---Press this button to set back the display to 0.

 OFF---Press this button for 3 seconds to switch off when 0is visible in display.

 ON---Press this button to switch on when the scale is turned off.

5.      For best accuracy, place the scale at a safe distance of at least 1.5 meters from the  operating microwave oven or it will switch off.

4.      When using the scale always place it on a solid, smooth and horizontal surface.
