- If your cell phone battery is dead, it could take several minutes to recharge the cell phone in order for it to be operational. The best results can be achieved by connecting the charger
at the first indication of a low battery.
- For emergency purposes, charger can provide a quick charge in just a few minutes; a more efficient charge can be achieved if the charger is allowed to charge uninterrupted (no talking) for
30-40 minutes.
- When the red light goes out disconnect the charger immediately and replace the AA battery.
- Do NOT leave the charger connected overnight.
- Replace AA battery if red light fails to illuminate.
- PDA phones will operate more efficiently with a lithium battery.
- When in use, the charger may feel warm to the touch. This is normal and indicates the charger is working at maximum efficiency.
- If your cell phone is not charging, simply re-set your phone by removing the cell phones battery and re-inserting it.
Important Tips for Optimal Charging:
- Unscrew bottom and load one AA battery into the emergency charger.
- When not using the charger, please remove battery.
- Connect the appropriate adaptor for your cell phone to the top of the charger. Do NOT force the adaptor. Doing so may damage your phone.
- Connect the adaptor to the same place on your cell phone where you connect other charging adaptors.
- Red LED light will illuminate indicating cell phone is charging. You can now use your cell phone.
- When the red light is extinguished or becomes very faint, unplug charger and replace AA battery before charging again.
