Mobile Phone Charger

1.Connect the output of power line with charger, and connect another end of power line with OUT interface .Just press theON/OFF button and the green light will flash, which means normal charging status 
2.Finish recharging or fail to connect with the charger, the green light will stop winking. If the power line doesnt connect with the charger, then the charger will be power off automatically after 20 minuters 
3.30%, 70%, 100% three lights will respectively show the different charging amount of electricity 
4.As the 30%- green light flashes, which means the electric quantity of charger is low and should charge charger in time 
5.The IN port is to charge this charger; three green lights will flash red amid charging. After charging, the 100% -green light will be on all the time.
