The bump bar is easily configured using the Windows software provided. The non-volatile, programmable memory allows the keypad to connect to any RS-232 port without installing resident software. The unit operates over a wide input voltage range, powered from either the host or an external power supply.

The keys are relegendable, allowing the user to label them to fit a specific need. The double keys can be arranged horizontally or vertically. They can also be split into single keys. Custom key caps can be ordered.
