Sector Antenna

14 dBThe Model S t 120 is a 2.4 GHz sector antenna designed primarily for use at Wireless Internet Point of Presence (WIPOP) base sites. It is used to provide segmented coverage over a selected area and features a 180 horizontal beam width. It offers higher gain than omni antennas and overcomes the problem of the narrow beam widths of these antennas which oftentimes shoot over the heads of remote users. Its tilt down bracket enables the main beam width to be aimed downward when installed on a mountain top, tall radio tower or building. This tilt-down feature offers maximum signal strength for both reception and transmission in the desired area. It is also ideal when setting up multiple WIPOP cell sites since the size of the cell is easily set based on the down-tilt.
