The Dual Cell ISDN BRI Gateway connects your desktoplandline phones directly to any cellular phone network.In essence, this gateway completely bypasses the local landline
BRI ISDN GSM telephone company, and the associated charges. Two desktop phones can be connected to each ISDN BRI module via a phone switching unit (most commonly a PBX type switch). Each port in the Dual Cell Gateway contains a SIM. The ISDN BRI is programmable, so the user can easily configure the ISDN BRI GSM to direct phone calls through the most economical SIM card and carrier. The SIM contains information such as the preferred GSM network, phone number, verification ID, and billing information.
