- Humidity, %, no more than 13,5;
- A mass fraction gluten content, % not less than 24;
- Quality gluten, group not more low II;
- A protein, %, not less than 12,0;
- Glassiness, %, not less than 50;
- Decolouration (degree), not more low 1;
- A weed impurity, % no more than 2,0;
- A grain impurity, no more than 3,0;
- Other quality indicators within the norms established
by GOST 9353-90 for food soft wheat of III th class.

The prices on each party of shipment of wheat are formed
on contract conditions also depend from:
1. Shipment volume;
2. Delivery conditions it agree INCOTERMS 2000;
