This 12V unit is operated by hand and is mounted onto the roof. The unit has a shaft that is turned by hand inside the motorhome or caravan. The dish is opened and closed by pressing two buttons located underneath the shaft. A digital display on the shaft indicates the angle of the dish. When the SSD unit beeps, the signal has been detected and the dish remains in this position for optimum picture quality.
