Payment: BY Revolving Irrevocable, documentary, transferable, letter of Credit payable  at Sellers  bank and country withy negotiation of documents  at Sellers  country..LC should be  confirm or open from a European bank.automatically revolving Letter of Credit confirmed ,by AA or better International bank. All payments will be against Sellers Invoice, issued against Bills of Lading and payable automatically against Buyer's L/C.
Inspection: Quality and Quantity by SGS at Place of Loading at Sellers Expense .First shipment: Within 30 Days of confirmation and   establishment of L/C.  Further shipments: Against agreed shipping schedule to be defined in
