Upon transfer of funds being received by sellers banks, will then load container on vessel in Brazil.

Seller requires the buyer to provide seller with LOI/BCL. The actual purchase shall be transacted by Electric Funds Transfer (EFT or SWIFT) bank to bank.

Financial transaction:

7.       Seller sends Purchase agreement for fax or e-mail signatures.

6.       Exchange of bank information allowing banks to prepare for (EFT) transaction.

5.       Seller will send purchase agreement to broker for signature.

4.       Seller will provide a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) upon receiving buyers ICPO.

3.       Buyer shall submit to seller a irrevocable corporate purchase order (ICPO)

2.       Seller shall provide Proof of Product (POP) a sealed sample with testing certification to buyer.

1.       Buyer shall submit to seller a Letter of Intent (LOI).
