Description: Quick Cooking Oats are produced from Oats which have been dehulled, brushed, dry kilned, cut, steamed and rolled to a specified thickness.

Flavour: Characteristic flavour of clean toasted oats. Free from any objectionable flavours.
Odour: Characteristic aroma of clean toasted oats. Free from any objectionable odours.
Thickness :0.55 mm plus or minus 0.10mm
Foreign Matter Nil. Absent of infestation or foreign body contamination.
Husk 5 per 100 gm maximum
Slivers 3 per 100 gm maximum
Unrolled Groats 1 per 100 gm maximum
