3. Buyer sign and returns FCO with acceptance letter.

2 Seller issues FCO with ref no.

1 Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO/LOI and BCL or RWA.

Payment is thorugh Letter of Credit ICC600 - we can work with non-transferable payment, but with price increase.
