5. Within up to four (4) banking days after receiving the LC ,the Seller's Bank shall send the Proof of Product (POP), and Performance Bond 2% (PB), this will be used to guaranty the contract.
4. Within the next five (5) banking days after step three (3) above Buyer's Bank issue and send the LC, to the Seller's Bank in favor of the Seller.
3. Buyer review signs the Draft Contract and sends it back to the Seller. To hold the price mentioned above, the Buyer must sign and return the contract to Seller per the deadlines mentioned herein. If Buyer delays such signature beyond the deadline, then the price per M/T will change.
2. Seller issues the Contract and sends it to Buyer.
1. Buyer issues his official LOI (Letter of Intent) with full Banking coordinates of his Bank account, and authorization to verify funds on his account by the Seller's Bank, and also issues his Bank Capability letter (BCL).
PROCEDURES:
PAYMENT: FFRDLC for the value of the shipments or Bank Guarantee, confirmed, irrevocable, transferable, unconditional, divisible, 100% payable at sight against presentation of shipping documents. Bank Guarantee or Letter of Credit (L/C) to be issued by top 50 World Bank. Buyer will be offered other options in the contract including prepayment.
