Antenna Experts manufacture wideband discone antenna from 30 - 6000 MHz frequency band which are suitable for receiving, transmitting, scanning, monitoring and jamming applications.The AWD series of discone antenna is lightweight, portable, quickly assembled, wideband, discone antenna for VHF and UHF communication. The disk portion of the discone antenna is formed of solid/tube, and the cone portion is formed of separate retractable rod/tube elements. When disassembled, the discone antenna can be carried in a backpack. The discone antenna can be assembled in less than ten minutes.
