Secret #2: Use premium organic sea salt to enrich the taste

Secret #3: Inherited manufacturing tradition
Our noodles are manufactured in the factory with over 80 years of experiences. Our noodles use low-temperature, stone-milled method to process organic wheat and organic sea salt so as to keep its
authentic taste and nutrition.
Furthermore, in our noodles, No Bleach or Preservatives are added.
Pure Rice Noodle - Taiwanese Special Delicacies :In Taiwan, rice noodles are the well-known local delicacies.
Traditional rice noodles are best made from pure Indica rice that is carefully selected 3 to 6 months after harvest. Rice that is too sticky or fresh will be easily broken during the processing
phase and doesn't make a good-tasting noodle. The ingredients are steamed for a few minutes, rolled and cut into sheets and immersed in cool water. The sheets are then re-steamed for approximately
one hour, after which they are manually cut into thin noodles and hung in the sun to dry. The dry noodle sticks are then paired and packaged for sale.
However, nowadays most manufactures add corn starch as extra or principle ingredient either to reduce cost or improve the transparency and increase the chewy texture of the rice noodles. Pure rice
noodles tend to ruin during the manufacturing process and result in higher cost.
