The Hangzhou Kangxin Foods Co., Ltd. is a joint Sino-Japan company located in Lin'an City an "Ecology Demonstration City" at China's national level. The company produces a series of fine boiled bamboo shoot products with natural raw materials harvested from the mountainous region and applies modern food processing technologies.  The production capacity of the company is above 10,000 tons per year.  The products are exported to Japan, Europe and North America.  In cooperation with the Zhejiang Forestry Research Institute and the China National Bamboo Research and Development Center, the company researched and developed a series of new shoot products such as "Xiangmi Shoot", the products are welcomed by both domestic and international markets.
