The Icom IC-P7A VHF/UHF Dual Band FM Transceiver combines smallsize, VHF/UHF dual band capability, wide band receive performance andoutstanding battery life in a great easy to carry HT.  Weighing lessthan six ounces with the BP-243 3.7V, 1800 mAh Lithium Ion Battery anddual band SMA antenna, this HT is a pleasure to carry.  Battery life israted at 20 hours by Icom.  Using the included drop in rapid charger,battery recharge time is about 3 hours.  In addition to VHF/UHF hambands, wide range receive coverage is included from 30 MHz through999.99 MHz less cellular band.  Air and Marine band receive is includedwith complete NWS weather band reception.   Power output is 1.5 wattVHF on high power and 1.0 watt UHF on high power.  On low power, outputis .1 watt on both VHF and UHF.
