CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION

In our grey godown, we have almost 4-5 million meters fabric in running qualities all the times to meet the urgent needs of our valuable customers.

As for as qualities are concerned, we deal in 100% cotton, sateen as well as  poly cotton and  Denier, . The constructions which are running with us are from p/c 52x40/35x35 lower end to percale upto T-230 in p/c and cotton  as well as sateens up to T-600, Dobbies, Jacquards, Twills/Drills etc.

QUALITIES WE DEAL IN & GREY STOCKS

Technically sound and qualified supervisors are transforming the Processed fabric in to wide range of made ups i.e. SHEETS, BED LINEN, PILLOW CASES, BOLSTERS, CURTAINS, APRONS, GOWNS, SOFA COVERS, CHAIR PADS, VALENCE SHEETS, BED SPREADS, DUVET COVERS , TBALE CLOTHS, AND FITTED SHEETS.

We have the stitching facility to stitch around 10,000 sheet sets per day. It is not the end, it is just start and we have the capacity/capability to install more stitching machines within no time according to the requirements.

STITCING UNIT

Quality is controlled at every stage of production to keep compliance with customers requirements.

Machines are run under Qualified and Experienced Professionals, Who are Well skilled to know the delicacies of their job. We have in-house laboratory facilities for the assurance of consistency in quality as well as strict adherence to manufacturing Standards.

Magna Processing is a newly installed unit which consists of  two latest model printing rotaries with capability of printing up-to 16 colors and 126 width. Also it comprises of  dyeing facilities up to width  120.

In order to come in value added Products and to meet the current Market demands, Magna Group decided to add a new set up with the name of Magna Processing.

Magna Textile was being run with three wider width Rotaries and exporting  around 3.5 million meters  processed fabric per month.
