All our final inspections are done as per the internationally accredited AQL 2nd Level norms that are internationally recognized. Inspections are documented properly with inspection reports and summaries.

 Washing tests are conducted on all products to ensure colors fastness.

Colors approvals MUST be given during dyeing stage- before finishing and packing of goods stage.  

Our inspectors are based at production centers to monitor all ongoing orders on a daily basis during various stages of production.

Monitoring of shipment and delivery schedules. This involves coordinating with the nominated shipping lines for clubbing cargo into FCL qualities for maximum freight cost utilization.
We work ONLY with genuine manufactures having full in house production facilities in weaving, tufting, dyeing, stitching, printing, etc.

Development of new products and new suppliers. Monitoring all ongoing sampling and new developments on a weekly basis.

Inspection and quality control-regular monitoring at various stages of production to minimize and eliminate chances of rejection of shipments during the final inspection. Day-to-day communication with suppliers on all ongoing orders. Weekly shipments status reports are sent to the buyers to advise  the actual status and actual approximate ETD India of ongoing orders vis-
