Dalton Reefers Limited handles potato export every year. Commencing at the end of March and ending April.

Starting with an intense preparation on all refrigerated containers to be used for this operation goes through a PTI test to ensure maximum performance from the reefer. Set to their appointed temperature, which is usually 5C. They are then put through a cleaning process before they can be loaded with potatoes. Our staff clean and sterilise these reefers with special detergents and sterilizers from odour and other abrasives before loading.

It is imperative for Dalton Reefers Limited that each container reaches its destination in excellent working condition as it has left Malta.
