Pumpkins

Our organic onions , garlic and pumpkins  are produced in the South of the province of Buenos Aires , an agricultural  region with rich fertile soil  . This is the best area  in Argentina for growing these vegetables  because of the characteristics of the soil and the weather conditions and this is why their quality is so well known and appreciated all over the world.

The fields where the organic vegetables  are grown have full organic certification and they are completely separated from other farms to ensure the preservation of its organic condition.

The whole process of production is monitored right from the outset not only by our  agronomists but also by independent internationally accredited certifying bodies which ensure that all the steps during the organic production are respected  to guarantee  the organic integrity. No chemicals are used, rotation of the crops is essential  , and cultivation is done in the most natural way.

In addition to these controls, we have auditors from the major supermarkets that come to inspect the fields and the packhouses every year to check that all their high standards of quality and safety are met, analysis of the products are made regularly at independent well known laboratories and every shipment is controlled before departure by our agronomists as well as by technologists of the National Agrifood Health and Quality Service.
