The 100% cotton permanent flame retardant produced by our company applies the latest low formaldehyde environmental protection flame retardant whose functions are the same basically as those produced by international magnate chemistry. After processed, the cotton fabric has good permanent flame effect. Its indexes are in accordance with the requirement of  GB-8965-98Flame retardant exposure suit,GB-17591-1998flame retardant woven fabric, American ASTN1230 and European EN - 533 flame retardant index.
The products which have been dealt with the flame retardant, is non toxic, odorless and with strong permeability, according to GB18401-2003 national textile products specifications basic security standard.
We have conducted a number of washing tests and destructive tests, the testing conditions are as follows:
(1) Washing with 40 water for 20 minutes
Its flame retardation is still accordance with the testing of GB/T 5455-1997 even after being washed for 70 times with washing machine.
(2)Washing with boiling water for 145 minutes
Its the same with to washing it for 80 times ,but its flame retardation is still accorddence with the testing of GB/T 5455-1997 and the standard of GB-8965-98 .
Therefore we can believe that  it as that the 100% cotton permanent retardant fabrics still accrode with the  stander after washing in nomal condition for 50 to 80 times.
