Organic Ginger

We have more than 250hectares of farmland and we have built 1000m²  where it is done the following operations:

INFRASTRUCTURE

We currently have the BSC Oko Guarantie which was issued by a prestigious German Certification Agency which confirms that all the inspected procedures in all the agricultural production, processing and packing as well as the commercialization and export fulfill with all USDA/NOP Final Rule Regulations about organic products.

CERTIFICATION

Its important to point out that in the country and especially in the central jungle of Junin, the ginger grows every month during the year, where the highest production months are in July and November and this lets Peru be one of the international principal suppliers of this root.

SEASONALITY

The delivery of time is 15- 20 days, depending on the weather conditions for its drying.

Maximum capacity of production in a month is 80Tn

The ginger is a plant that originally comes from the tropical zones in the southeast of Asia. It was one of the first species which was introduced in Europe.
