A La Turca Textiles is the company that wholesales the world famous Thirsty Towels & Bathrobes. We are a family owned and operated company with a manufacturing facility in Turkey. Our US warehouse and office is located in Allentown, PA. We offer the convenience of carrying inventory of most popular products in our 12,000 square foot warehouse. Thousands of items are in stock at any given day. For manufacturing, we believe in fair trade practices. Our workers are paid based on their qualifications. Our employees are provided with shuttles that take them to the manufacturing plant from their homes and back. They work 8 hours a day with a company provided lunch and/or dinner depending on their shift as well as coffee breaks with complimentary refreshments. Our female workers enjoy the benefits of having a three month fully paid maternity leave. Even after they return to work, they may take paid time off of up to two hours a day for breastfeeding. They also enjoy paid vacation every year between 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on their seniority. Our plant is ISO certified and inspected every year to make sure we comply with international standards.

Quality
This is the most important part of our business. We realize that our livelihood as well as our vendors' depends on our products. Each part of the manufacturing process is comprised of multiple steps of stringent quality control. If a product doesn't meet our standards, it will not make it beyond the factory and it certainly doesn't carry the Thirsty Towels label. We periodically test our products for colorfastness, tensile strength, dimensional strength and overall quality at internationally accredited labs. We will be happy to provide any additional testing that our customers may request for custom orders. All our 100% Turkish Cotton towels and robes are guaranteed to stay absorbent and soft for as long as they are around.

Embroidery
We offer in-house embroidery services with state-of-the art Digitizing Software and precisely engineered German ZSK Embroidery machines. Most logos are digitized and embroidered within 48 hours. Please contact us at for your logo inquiries. In order to provide you with an accurate quote, please send a .jpeg or .gif file of your logo/design. Most logos/designs are digitized for $50 or $75 dollars. The embroidery fee per item will be provided upon determining the stitch count of the design. If you wish for us to match to an exact color, please provide a Pantone number for the design. You can also simply preview the thread colors in the individual product pages and make your choice.

Shipping
Shipping is done via UPS. Our default method is Ground. Transit times from our warehouse are usually 1-3 Business days for East Coast, 3-4 days for Mid-West and 4-6 days for West Coast. Cost of shipping is added to your invoice at the time of shipping. For international shipping, please be advised that customer is responsible for all customs, duty etc.

Minimum Order Quantities
For our vendors with tight storage allocation, we made it real easy to order. Minimum quantity is 12 pieces. Please check the case quantities on each product page and order by the case. For bathrobes they are generally in cases of 4, 6, 10, and 12. For towels, it varies by the towel dimension.

Custom Product Inquiries
Although we carry many different styles in stock, we realize you may not find what you are looking for. We welcome new product inquiries by designers and buyers. Please be advised that large quantities are generally required for customized towel dimension and yarn composition. Nothing is out of question. Please ask and we'll let you know if it is beyond our means.
