We hereby issue this FULL CORPORATE OFFER with given terms and
conditions and confirm our readiness to execute a Sales and Purchase

Inspection: To be carried out by the SGS at origin prior to shipment,
and at discharge port. Buyer may also arrange independent quality
analysis
Packing: In pp bags each of 20kg, 25kg, 50 kg or 62.5 kg net weight or as specified by buyer.
Delivery:(FOB APAPA PORT NIGERIA) Ginger shall be delivered in 20ft containers.Seller must ensure that containers are lined on all sides with goodquality Kraft paper, and that adequate amount of all
Fumigation products or moisture absorbing materials are put in the
containers prior to stuffing to prevent damage to goods due to
sweating and sprouting during transit.
Shipment: Within 35 days after seller receives L/C.
Price: USD$1,850 /MT, FOB stowed containers, Apapa/ Tin Can port Lagos.
Payment: Seller accept pay by an irrevocable L/C, payable 100% at sight
Payment Basis: Base of LC Terms
Full set of Shipped on board Bill of Lading marked Freight Payable at
