I have developed a treatment for the making of this particular casava chips.Before casava is made into chips it is treated to avoid its starch content so that the shelf life, taste, softness is improved. Casava is rich in calcium and vitamins. A study shows that Recommended Dietry Allowance (RDA) in Casava can supply more amounts of calcium and vitamin A than required At present I have six flavours. 1. Chat masala 2. Crispy masala 3. Tomato 4. cheese and Onion 5. Hot pepper 6. Salt and vinegar. Hence this food is a healthy snacks.
