Print are dried thoroughly and then Fixation is done by at 150 Degree Celsius for 5 minute or 170 Degree Celsius for 5 minute.
Gold print with goods colour value, gives Sharpness, Brightness and Softness. This paste are suitable on Screen Printing table, on FlatBelt only, not rotary Printing machines.
It is suitable for Printing on Cotton, Viscose and Polyster Blend. Printed goods have all round Fastness Properties.
Gold foil PDR has been specially developed for Kerosene /MTO Based System .
Under Slow Stirring Gold foil PDR for Over Printing addition 2-3%fixer CCL will be give Better adhesion .Printing in 30 mech Bolting Cloth .
