Made in the USA. Nylogen is made from 100% post-consumer recycled carpet fibers; cleaned, sanitized and converted into like-new virgin nylon fibers. Our binding design is a unique process, specially designed by SOEX West Textile Recycling USA, LLC. No other company has come close to our breakthrough technology, in making a fine and durable carpet underlay using these types of fibers. The density of this cushion stands out over the rest. Nylogen is a recommended carpet cushion for industrial, hospitality and residential (including FHA/HUD). This product will allow for multiple LEED points for your project.
